At Trigg County Primary Care, we are a team of dedicated and professional providers specializing in family medicine. Our compassionate providers care for patients of all ages, starting at 6 months old and continuing through adulthood. We offer a comprehensive range of medical services for children, adolescents and adults. In addition to acute diagnosis and care, these services include preventative screenings, women's health services, and more. Hours

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Due to the high volume of acute care patients, the clinic has changed to same day appointments. Please call (270) 522-0898 to schedule an appointment.

The Extended Clinic is open Saturday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and Sunday 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm by appointment only.

• We are seeing all patients experiencing symptoms that may or may not be Covid related in the Acute Care Clinic. Please, note that this includes a wide range of symptoms.
