Health & Wellness Center Opens Monday, April 22

Trigg County Hospital's Health & Wellness Center is set to open its doors to the public at 1 p.m., Monday, April 22. The newly renovated facility is home to the hospital's Primary Care Clinic, as well as its outpatient Rehabilitation Department.

Trigg County Primary Care patients of Dr. Cliff Poppens, APRN Holly McCormick, and APRN Abby Noisworthy, should report for their next appointment at the new location. Patients of Dr. James Brazil will continue to receive care at the Medical Arts Building on the hospital's campus.

The Rehabilitation Department staff will welcome their patients to the Health & Wellness Center on Monday, April 29.
